Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis At The Arch

My family and I just stay here for a three day volleyball tournament over the weekend. I must say that this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and there are no weird smells that some hotels have. They offer a decent free breakfast buffet and dinner. The lounge area is pleasing, and the staff is very hospitable. Even though there were a lot of guests due to the tournament, it wasn't noisy. The beds are comfy and pillows are soft! The location next to the Arch national park is an added plus! If I am ever in the St. Louis area again I will only stay at this hotel!

We had to come in late on our day of checking in. They were very accommodating. Our room was in the center of the hotel. We had no issues. The parking garage is locked and secure. We took the elevator to the floor of our room and felt very safe.

I don’t normally give hotel reviews, but this Drury back in the #314 was a delightful exception. Didn’t take any photos of the property, but if you wish to stay, you’ll have to see for yourself. Super convenient location downtown w/n blocks of Busch stadium & walking distance from the Arch. Pet friendly, 24-hour fitness room, & nice pool. Rooms were clean, comfortable, & accommodating. Top notch service all the way. Kayla @ the front desk is the total superhero & rockstar. ⭐ She really went above & beyond to ensure our stay was of complete expectations & our check-in & out processes were seamless & super smooth (thanks, Kayla!). A full breakfast, kickback dinner, drink bar, & coffee area are all included in your stay. All the dining room staff were friendly, polite, & ensured you enjoyed your dining experience. Cucumber water @ the water station was super on point.Only slight disclaimer was that the elevators got pretty congested in the mornings & towards check-out times, though as to be expected. Even all the guests were respectful & friendly to everyone & just happy to be there, which you don’t get often during your average hotel stays. Thanks to all the staff for a super pleasant & returnable experience! Go, Cards!!!

I adored this hotel. First off, a huge shoutout to Amanda at the front desk! I had accidentally scheduled my stay for the wrong date while in a road trip delirium and Amanda was so kind and understanding and helped me secure the same room for the same rate. She was also very helpful in helping navigate all the hotels features and just had a general warmth that made me feel very welcome. Thank you!! This Drury also has a GREAT breakfast crew. The spread is essentially the same as most Drurys but is very well executed and full of options. The building itself is gorgeous and a "liminal space" lovers dream with its interior facing rooms and inaccessible sitting areas. The design is stuck in the late 90s with modern updates and I wouldn't have it any other way. They just don't make em like this anymore. The pool room is relaxing and clean with speakers playing adult contemporary at an almost inaudible volume. Those jacuzzis saved my life I swear. My only critique, as it seems with all Drurys, is that is it is very much BYOB (thats "bring your own blanket") and the beds are extra firm which is personally not my preference. Overall an amazing stay and I'd be happy to stay again.

Perfect location. Steps away from the Arch and the ballpark. Check in was easy and the woman was extremely nice. Loved the secure parking garage. The pool was full of kids but that is to be expected. We will be staying again in the future

Drury Inn has officially become our go-to for all future trips! The rooms are spotless and the service is exceptional. The highlights are definitely the dining options: breakfast is freshly prepared with eggs cooked to order right in front of you, and the evening 'Kickback' is essentially a multi-course dinner paired with free drinks (up to 3 alcoholic beverages). We were even given a complimentary upgrade to an Arch-view room just by asking! It’s worth signing up for Drury Rewards; our stay from the previous night at another location showed up instantly in their system. The hotel features laundry facilities and a pool on one of the top floors (8th or 9th). Regarding parking: it’s in the basement, and while some reviews call it tight, it’s standard for city parking. We navigated it just fine in a 7-seater SUV by taking it slow. Pro-tip: Check in at the front desk first to get your room key, as you’ll need it to access the secure garage

This hotel is very nice. It is perfectly located near the Arch National Park, and many other tourist destinations such as Busch stadium and the Enterprise Center are an easy walk from this location. Uber is a great option for further trips. The free breakfast is amazing and their free buffet dinner is great too. They have a bar open from 5:30 to 7 every night and each guest gets 3 free drinks! Who does this? The Drury that is who. They also have free popcorn, tea, coffee, soda, and hot chocolate if you are feeling snackish in between meals. The indoor pool, hot tubs, and roof to deck are great places to unwind and soak in some views. Every staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

We just wrapped up a three-night stay and absolutely loved this hotel! Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was so convenient. I really appreciated the level of security. It made us feel comfortable the entire stay. The continental breakfast and the kickback food truly added to the experience. The location was perfect!! Within 15 minutes to everything we did. Plus, a very nice gym and pool to top it all off. Highly recommend!
